Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures. Workers must receive adequate training in their specific task to protect their health and safety.

Every worker must protect their own health and safety by learning about the hazards of the workplace, working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by this company, its clients and the general contractor. In addition, workers must refuse to perform all unsafe work. Workers will receive information, training and competent supervision in their specific work tasks to protect their health and safety.

It is the commitment of IMAGE Masonry Ltd. to work in a spirit of consultation and cooperation with employees; to develop and implement our H&S program, and to identify and resolve any health and safety issues. The policies and procedures within IMAGE Masonry Ltd.'s Health and Safety program manual provides reference to OHS responsibilities for all workplace parties and is consistent with the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations.

IMAGE Masonry Ltd., as an employer, is ultimately responsible for worker health and safety. As president, I give you my personal commitment that I will comply with my duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, such as taking every reasonable precaution for the protection of workers in the workplace.
